Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, digital access timing, and payment method issues are handled for mybf.io.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid digital token packages and paid digital access sold by mybf.io. It does not apply to free access, free credits, promotional credits, trial access, or features that are not purchased.
Token packages are digital access products. There is no physical shipping, postal handling, carrier tracking, customs processing, or in-person pickup.
2. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date unless applicable law requires a longer period.
To request a refund, contact support@mybf.io from the email associated with your account and include the account email, approximate purchase time, payment method, transaction identifier if available, and a clear description of the issue.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We review each request against this policy, the Terms of Service, payment provider records, account usage, access status, fraud signals, and applicable consumer-protection rules.
3. Refunds We May Consider
Refunds may be considered for verified technical or payment problems, including duplicate payments, failed application of paid digital access, payment processing errors, or account access problems that prevent use of the purchased package.
We may also consider refunds where required by applicable law or where we determine, in our discretion, that a refund is appropriate based on the facts of the request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, expected emotional or relationship outcomes, generated content that differs from expectations, failure to use the service, expired tokens, unused tokens after the access period, or loss of access caused by a violation of the Terms of Service.
Because paid packages are digital access products, consumption of tokens, use of paid features, successful access, account violations, fraud indicators, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the service may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Digital Access Timing
Paid digital access is usually applied after successful payment confirmation. Access may be delayed by payment provider review, fraud screening, network issues, account verification, technical errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If paid access is not applied after successful payment, contact support@mybf.io. Review can take up to 24 hours, and longer where payment providers, financial institutions, settlement systems, or other third parties require additional time.
6. Payment Methods and Provider Timing
Available payment methods are shown on the secure checkout page. Payment methods may vary by country, provider, currency, risk review, and product availability.
Payments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, payment verification, settlement confirmation, and fraud screening may be processed by third-party payment providers. Provider terms, financial institution rules, payment provider rules, settlement timing, and local law may affect whether and when a refund can be completed.
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Timing depends on the payment provider, financial institution rules, settlement confirmation, and other third parties. We do not control third-party processing timelines.
7. Chargebacks and Abuse
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@mybf.io first so we can review the issue. Improper chargebacks, duplicate disputes, fraud, payment abuse, or attempts to obtain paid digital access without payment may lead to account restriction, loss of access, or denial of future purchases where permitted by law.
We may preserve and submit account, payment, access, usage, support, and technical records to payment providers, financial institutions, processing partners, and relevant authorities when responding to disputes, fraud, chargebacks, or legal requests.
8. No Liability for Third-Party Payment Issues
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mybf.io is not responsible for payment provider errors, financial institution decisions, payment provider rules, declined transactions, delayed refunds, currency conversion, taxes, dispute fees, settlement delays, provider outages, or third-party billing interruptions.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
