1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mybf.io, including the website, AI companion chat, voice features, generated photos, roleplay features, account features, memory features, credits, token packages, support, and any related digital services.

By accessing or using mybf.io, creating an account, starting a chat, submitting prompts, uploading or recording voice, requesting photos, buying or using credits, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description and Fictional Nature of the Service

mybf.io provides a web-based AI companion entertainment service. Characters, names, personalities, replies, voices, images, photos, memories, and roleplay scenes are fictional, simulated, AI-generated, edited, or otherwise product-created outputs.

AI companions are not real people. They do not possess consciousness, emotions, independent intent, human judgment, physical presence, legal authority, or real-world agency. Any realistic tone, affection, memory, promise, suggestion, image, voice, or roleplay behavior is a software-generated simulation.

The service is provided for entertainment, creative conversation, and informational use only. It is not a real relationship, a human messaging service, therapy, medical care, mental health support, legal advice, financial advice, emergency support, or a promise of emotional, social, personal, professional, or financial results.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your country or region to use the service and buy digital access. By using mybf.io, you represent that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a user is not eligible, if account information is inaccurate, or if use of the service creates legal, safety, payment, or platform risk.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for your account, login method, device security, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information where required and must not share access in a way that creates security, privacy, billing, or safety risk.

We may suspend, limit, delete, refuse, or terminate accounts or features if we believe activity violates these Terms, creates legal risk, threatens platform reliability, harms other users, abuses free or paid limits, creates payment or fraud risk, or interferes with service operations.

5. User Content and Generated Output

You are responsible for messages, prompts, profile details, voice messages, photo requests, uploaded materials, support messages, and other content you submit. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit that content to the service.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant mybf.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, analyze, and create derivative technical outputs from that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, moderate, enforce, and provide the service.

Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inconsistent, offensive, or different from what you expected. We do not guarantee that any character, reply, voice, image, photo, roleplay scene, memory, recommendation, or generated output will be accurate, suitable, safe, available, lawful for your intended use, emotionally appropriate, or compatible with your expectations.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not request, upload, generate, distribute, encourage, or use the service for illegal content, child sexual abuse material, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, sexual deepfakes, real-person likeness misuse, harassment, hate, threats, blackmail, doxing, self-harm encouragement, extreme violence, malware, spam, fraud, payment abuse, or content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You must not impersonate real people, create or request sexualized depictions of real people without permission, create characters presented as actual private individuals or public figures, collect private information about others, or use generated content to mislead, exploit, shame, threaten, or harm any person.

You must not bypass safety systems, moderation controls, usage limits, rate limits, payment controls, or account restrictions. You must not reverse engineer the service, scrape content, overload systems, automate abusive activity, extract private information, resell access without permission, or use the service to make decisions about real people.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated systems, provider-level filters, abuse detection, internal review, and support review to detect or respond to prohibited content, fraud, security risk, payment abuse, or policy violations.

Messages, prompts, voice messages, photo requests, generated media, account signals, payment metadata, and technical logs may be restricted, rejected, removed, preserved, reviewed, or disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, protect rights holders, investigate suspected illegal activity, or protect platform reliability.

We may warn, limit, suspend, terminate, delete, refuse service, remove content, decline generation requests, or block future access at our discretion when we believe activity violates these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, abuses the service, or threatens service reliability.

8. Payments, Tokens, and Digital Access

The paid token package is a one-time 30-day digital access purchase from mybf.io. It may include 1000 monthly tokens for eligible paid features after paid checkout launches.

No automatic renewal or recurring billing applies in this version. If you want another monthly period, you must buy another package manually. Unused monthly tokens expire at the end of the 30-day period and do not carry over.

Payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cards, crypto payment options, or other methods where available. Payment methods, currencies, taxes, fees, fraud checks, availability, and processing rules may change.

Digital access is provided online only. There is no physical shipping, postal handling, carrier tracking, customs processing, or in-person pickup for token packages. Access is usually applied after successful payment, but review, fraud checks, payment provider delays, or technical issues may take up to 24 hours or longer where outside our reasonable control.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment provider errors, bank decisions, card network rules, declined transactions, delayed refunds, currency conversion, taxes, chargeback fees, outages, security incidents, or third-party billing interruptions except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We may review payment provider records, account usage, token consumption, access status, fraud signals, technical logs, and applicable consumer-protection rules.

Because token packages are digital access products, use of tokens, use of paid features, successful access, account violations, chargeback abuse, or a change of mind may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property and Rights Complaints

The service, website, software, interface, branding, design, systems, and other platform materials are owned by mybf.io or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and related laws.

You must not submit prompts, images, voice materials, names, likenesses, characters, or other materials unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use them with the service.

If you believe content on mybf.io infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact support@mybf.io with enough information to identify the content, your relationship to the rights at issue, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the requested action.

11. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, authentication, email, support, AI generation, voice generation, media generation, moderation, security, and infrastructure.

Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, apply their own terms, process information under their own policies, or discontinue functionality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party products, policies, outages, data practices, fees, decisions, or content.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

mybf.io disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, emotional effect, relationship outcome, generated-content quality, and compatibility with your expectations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent data storage, error-free operation, exact character behavior, continuous availability of any AI model, voice feature, photo feature, roleplay mode, memory feature, price, plan, payment method, provider, or integration.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, mybf.io, its owner, operators, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, emotional, reputational, relational, data-loss, business, revenue, profit-loss, or goodwill damages arising from or related to the service, your use of the service, your inability to use the service, generated output, account actions, third-party services, payment issues, content decisions, or these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to mybf.io for the service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mybf.io, its owner, operators, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of payment systems, or your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Suspension, Termination, and Changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if needed to enforce these Terms, protect the service, respond to legal risk, prevent abuse, handle payment risk, comply with law, or discontinue a feature.

We may modify, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Sections about ownership, user content licenses, prohibited conduct, payments, refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, enforcement, and dispute-related obligations survive termination where applicable.
