1.1. General

1.1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of mybf.bot, including the website, AI companion chat, voice, photos, video, user-created characters, the public catalog, token purchases, gacha, and related digital features (the “Service”).

1.1.2. The Service is operated by mybf LLC (“mybf”, “we”, “us”).

1.1.3. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a chat, submitting prompts, uploading materials, purchasing digital features, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Notice, and the other applicable sections on this page. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1.1.4. We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on the legal information page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

1.2. Nature of the Service

1.2.1. The Service is an entertainment product for entertainment and fictional interaction with AI companions and related digital features.

1.2.2. AI companions are not real people. They have no consciousness, emotions, independent intent, legal capacity, or physical presence. Any reply, tone, “memory”, promise, image, voice, or roleplay is a software simulation.

1.2.3. The Service is not a real relationship, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency service. Do not rely on outputs as professional advice.

1.2.4. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, specific results, or permanent availability of any model or feature.

1.3. Age

1.3.1. The Service is for users who are 18 years of age or older only.

1.3.2. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

1.3.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of your age representation. Accessing the Service constitutes your confirmation that you are 18+.

1.3.4. If we believe a user is under 18, we may restrict or terminate access without prior notice.

1.4. Accounts

1.4.1. You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account.

1.4.2. You must provide accurate information where required and must not share access in a way that creates security, billing, or safety risk.

1.4.3. We may refuse registration, limit, suspend, or delete an account if we believe activity violates these Terms, creates legal or platform risk, involves abuse or fraud, or threatens Service integrity.

1.5. Acceptable use

1.5.1. You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law in your country or region.

1.5.2. entertainment and fictional interaction with adult AI characters is allowed within Service rules.

1.5.3. You must not request, create, upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the Service for content listed in the Blocked Content Policy, or for any other unlawful purpose.

1.6. User content and generation responsibility

1.6.1. You control your prompts, settings, character descriptions, uploads, and other inputs.

1.6.2. Generated outputs (text, voice, image, video, and similar results) are produced by models and technical systems based on your inputs. mybf is not the author of each individual output and does not endorse every possible output.

1.6.3. mybf may apply automatic and/or manual review measures (moderation) and other technical limits. Their scope, extent, and availability are determined by mybf and may differ by feature. These measures do not guarantee that unlawful, prohibited, or unwanted content will never be produced or displayed.

1.6.4. You are solely responsible for:

• your prompts and uploads;
• your use of generated outputs;
• compliance with the laws that apply to you;
• infringement of third-party rights.

1.6.5. We do not and cannot fully control every prompt combination, filter-evasion attempt, or third-party model response.

1.7. Payments

1.7.1. The Service may offer paid digital features, including tokens, access, gacha, and other consumable or time-limited features.

1.7.2. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

1.7.3. No refund is owed merely because you disliked an output, a request was refused by moderation, or access was limited for a rules violation.

1.8. Intellectual property

1.8.1. The Service, interface, software, branding, design, catalog materials, and operator-authored content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by mybf or its licensors.

1.8.2. You receive no exclusive rights in the Service. Personal use within the Service functionality is permitted.

1.8.3. You represent that your prompts, descriptions, images, characters, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights.

1.8.4. If you publish a character or other material to a public catalog, you grant mybf a non-exclusive license to host, display, store, moderate, and technically process that material as needed to operate the Service.

1.9. Third-party providers

1.9.1. The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, AI models, media generation, payments, email, analytics, and security.

1.9.2. Your prompts and other data needed to perform a function may be transmitted to those providers.

1.9.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, policies, or failures.

1.10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

1.10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mybf is not liable for:

• your prompts or generated outputs;
• decisions you make based on outputs;
• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm;
• interruptions, errors, delays, or model unavailability;
• acts or omissions of third-party providers.

1.10.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including applicable EU consumer protections and data-protection rights.

1.11. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold mybf harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

1.12. Suspension and termination

We may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice where we believe activity violates these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, involves abuse or fraud, or threatens Service integrity.

2.1. Controller and scope

2.1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how mybf LLC processes information when you use the Service.

2.1.2. Controller: mybf LLC. Contact: support@mybf.bot. We have not appointed a separate Data Protection Officer.

2.1.3. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Separate consent may be requested for specific processing where required.

2.2. Data we may process

2.2.1. Account data: email address, account identifiers, profile settings, language, preferences.

2.2.2. Usage data: login and access events, timestamps, free and paid feature usage, technical logs, error data.

2.2.3. User content: text messages and prompts; voice messages; photo and video generation requests; character descriptions; uploads; and generated outputs where retention is needed for Service operation, moderation, support, security, or legal purposes.

2.2.4. Payment data received from the payment provider: purchase fact, amount, date, status, type, and internal transaction identifiers.

2.2.5. Technical data: IP address, browser and device data, cookies and similar technologies, approximate region.

2.2.6. Support data: contents of support requests and information you voluntarily provide.

2.2.7. We do not require passport data or similar documents unless separately required by law or a specific verification process.

2.3. Purposes and legal bases (EU / EEA framing)

We process data to:

• provide the Service and its features;
• perform the contract with you (Terms);
• process purchases and support requests;
• moderate content and prevent abuse;
• secure and stabilize the Service;
• improve the Service where permitted;
• comply with legal obligations;
• protect our legitimate interests, such as security, fraud prevention, and enforcement of rules, where not overridden by your rights.

Where consent is required (for example certain non-essential cookies), processing is based on consent, which you may withdraw.

2.4. Sharing

2.4.1. We do not sell your personal data.

2.4.2. Data is disclosed to third parties only where required by law.

2.5. International transfers

In the course of operating the Service, personal data may be processed using foreign information systems, infrastructure, contractors, and services. By using the Service, you are informed of this. Such transfers occur because they are necessary to provide the Service features.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms available to us.

Where applicable law requires localized primary collection and storage of data, mybf complies with those requirements to the extent they apply to mybf.

2.6. Retention and security

2.6.1. We retain data for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including Service delivery, security, accounting, legal retention, and dispute handling.

2.6.2. We take reasonable security measures. Absolute security of internet transmission and storage is not guaranteed.

2.7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port data, or withdraw consent for certain processing.

EU / EEA / UK: You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California / United States: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, deletion, and information about certain sharing practices. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA. If you are a California resident, you may submit privacy requests to support@mybf.bot. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights under applicable law.

2.8. How to submit a request

2.8.1. Email support@mybf.bot from the address associated with your account where possible.

2.8.2. We aim to respond within 30 days, unless a different period is required by law.

2.8.3. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity.

2.8.4. Withdrawal of consent or deletion may make continued use of the Service impossible. Some records may be retained where required for law, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or disputes.

2.9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact support@mybf.bot.

2.10. Policy updates

We may update this Policy. The current version will be posted in the Service. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Policy, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

3.1. General

3.1.1. The Service may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies.

3.1.2. These technologies support login, security, preferences, sessions, analytics, and reliability.

3.2. Categories

3.2.1. Essential — login, security, abuse prevention, and core Service operation. Blocking these may break the Service.

3.2.2. Functional — language, interface preferences, consent state, and similar settings.

3.2.3. Analytics — aggregate usage statistics, errors, and performance.

3.2.4. Payment and fraud-prevention technologies — may be used by payment providers during checkout.

3.3. Choices

You can limit cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, payment, or session continuity. Where required by law, non-essential cookies may be subject to consent.

4.1. Adults only

4.1.1. The Service is for adults only. Users under 18 are prohibited.

4.1.2. By entering the site and using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4.1.3. mybf is not responsible for false age statements by users. Age compliance is the user’s responsibility.

4.2. Zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors

4.2.1. It is strictly prohibited to request, create, upload, or distribute any content that sexualizes, exploits, or places in a sexual context:

• real persons under 18;
• characters presented as underage;
• characters of ambiguous age in a sexual context;
• school-age, “teen”, “underage”, or similar framing in a sexual context.

4.2.2. Attempts to create such content are a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination, content removal, preservation of records, and reporting to competent authorities where appropriate.

4.3. Measures

We may use automatic moderation, generation refusals, feature limits, complaint review, and account termination. These measures do not guarantee absolute prevention of every violation.

4.4. Reports

If you believe a minor accessed the Service, or you find content that violates this section, email support@mybf.bot with enough detail to locate the material. Do not send passwords or payment secrets.

5.1. Purpose

5.1.1. The Service is designed for entertainment and fictional interaction with adult AI companions within Service rules and applicable law.

5.1.2. The Service is not an engine for pornography, illegal content, or dangerous content.

5.2. Generally allowed

Subject to the rules, the following may be allowed:

• entertainment conversation;
• flirting between adult fictional characters;
• fictional roleplay;
• creation and use of adult AI characters;
• text, voice, photo, and video generation for entertainment / companion use if it does not violate prohibitions.

5.3. Moderation

5.3.1. The Service may apply automatic and/or manual moderation of prompts and, where available, outputs, together with other technical limits.

5.3.2. Moderation and related measures do not guarantee 100% prevention of unlawful, prohibited, or unwanted content being created, returned, or displayed.

5.3.3. Final generation results depend on user inputs, settings, model behavior, and third-party providers. mybf does not fully control third-party models.

5.3.4. We may refuse generation, limit, remove, or hide outputs, and restrict features or accounts.

5.4. User duties

You must:

• not request prohibited content;
• not attempt to bypass moderation, including through euphemisms, prompt chains, or coded language;
• assess the legality of your own conduct under the laws that apply to you;
• not use outputs unlawfully.

5.5. Regional variation

We may apply stricter limits by region, feature, or media type where required by law, risk, or infrastructure rules.

5.6. User-created characters

5.6.1. Characters available in the Service, including those in the public catalog, may be created by users. The author of a character chooses its image, name, description, personality, and prompt text.

5.6.2. If you publish a character, you must comply with applicable law and the Service rules.

5.6.3. Responsibility for the content of a published character, including its image, description, and prompt text, rests with the user who created it. mybf is not the author of user-created characters and does not endorse their content.

5.6.4. We may refuse, hide, change the status of, or remove a user-created character as described in 6.3 and in sections 8 and 9, including after a third-party complaint.

5.7. Nature of replies and generated results

5.7.1. Character replies are generated automatically and are fictional text for entertainment. The same request may return different results.

5.7.2. Replies may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, and contradictions, as well as coarse or informal language within the scenario you choose.

5.7.3. Nothing a character says is a position of mybf, a recommendation, advice (including legal, medical, financial, or psychological), an instruction, or a call to action.

5.7.4. We are not responsible for your use of character replies outside the entertainment purpose of the Service, including decisions you make based on them.

5.7.5. Photo, video, and voice generation runs automatically on your request. We do not guarantee a specific result, its quality, its similarity to your expectations, its match to your prompt, or the success of any single attempt.

5.7.6. Generation output comes from a probabilistic model. Despite the prohibitions in section 6 and the moderation measures in 5.3, a single result may contain an image, a sound, or text you did not request, including material that is unwanted or not permitted under the Service rules or applicable law.

5.7.7. Such a result is not a deliberate act of mybf, does not reflect its position, and is not approved by it. mybf is not the author of generation output.

5.7.8. If you receive such a result, you must stop using it, must not store, publish, or distribute it, and must report it to us as described in section 8. We remove or hide such a result as described in section 8.

5.7.9. You are responsible for how you word a request and for any further use or distribution of the result you receive.

5.7.10. We are not responsible for the content of a generated result or for how you use it afterwards. You assess whether a result is suitable and whether your use of it is lawful.

5.7.11. A moderation refusal, a technical error, or an unexpected or unusable result is not a defect of the Service. Such cases are governed by 1.7.3 and 6.3.

You must not request, create, upload, publish, store, or distribute through the Service any of the following:

6.1. Minors

Any sexualization of persons under 18, underage characters, ambiguous-age sexual content, CSAM, or similar material.

6.2. Pornography and explicit sexual content

Pornographic or other sexually explicit content beyond the permitted entertainment scope of the Service.

6.3. Sexual violence and exploitation

Rape, sexual coercion, sexual blackmail, trafficking, sexual torture, exploitation of incapacity, incest in a sexual context, bestiality, necrophilia, and similar categories.

6.4. Non-consensual intimate content and deepfakes

Intimate deepfakes of real people, revenge pornography, sexual extortion, and unlawful use of a real person’s likeness.

6.5. Violence and dangerous content

Instructions for serious harm, terrorism, extremism, hate content, calls to violence, and other unlawful dangerous material.

6.6. Self-harm

Encouragement of suicide or self-harm, and instructions for carrying out such acts.

6.7. Fraud, malware, doxxing

Phishing, fraud, malware, unlawful distribution of another person’s private data, threats, and stalking.

6.8. Other violations

Any other content prohibited by applicable law, Service rules, or that creates unacceptable legal or platform risk.

6.9. Consequences

We may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, revoke related benefits, suspend or delete accounts, preserve materials for review, and report to authorities where appropriate.

7.1. Grounds

We may remove, hide, or restrict content if it:

• violates the Terms or Blocked Content Policy;
• infringes third-party rights;
• creates legal, safety, or platform risk;
• must be removed under law or a valid demand.

7.2. How to request removal

7.2.1. Email support@mybf.bot.

7.2.2. Include:

• URL, character ID, conversation reference, or other details sufficient to locate the material;
• the reason for removal;
• your contact details;
• proof of authority if you act for a rights holder or other interested party.

7.2.3. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or other secrets.

7.3. Timing

We aim to review requests within 30 days, unless law requires a different period. Complex cases may take longer; we may request more information.

7.4. Outcome

We may grant the request in whole or in part, refuse it with reasons where permitted, or take other measures such as access limits, moderation, or account action.

8.1. Scope

You may submit a complaint about:

• prohibited or dangerous content;
• underage access;
• rights infringement;
• moderation or account restriction decisions;
• personal data;
• other alleged violations of Service rules.

8.2. How to complain

Email support@mybf.bot with a clear description, links or identifiers, and date/time details where available.

8.3. Handling

8.3.1. Target response time: 30 days, unless law requires otherwise.

8.3.2. We may request additional information.

8.3.3. We may uphold, modify, or reverse a decision where doing so does not create legal or safety risk.

8.3.4. We are not required to restore content or access where restoration would conflict with law, safety, or Service rules.

9.1. Notice procedure

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@mybf.bot.

9.2. Recommended contents

Include:

1. identification of the copyrighted work;
2. identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
3. your contact information;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
5. a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

9.3. Our actions

Upon receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, request clarification, notify the uploading user, and take other reasonable steps.

9.4. Counter-notice and misuse

If applicable law provides for counter-notices, we may process them where appropriate. Knowingly false notices may be rejected and may result in further action.

9.5. Agent note

At this time, copyright notices are handled at support@mybf.bot. If a designated DMCA agent is later appointed, updated details will be posted here.

10.1. mybf.bot provides access to fictional AI content and related digital features.

10.2. mybf is not a primary producer of content depicting real human performers within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations with respect to Service materials created as AI-generated and/or fictional depictions.

10.3. User-uploaded content is submitted by users. mybf does not verify or guarantee the age or consent of any real person depicted in user uploads. Uploading real-person intimate or sexual material without lawful basis is prohibited.

Closing provisions

1. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision applies only to the extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
2. Failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it, and mybf may enforce it later.

5. You acknowledge that you bear the risks of using artificial-intelligence systems, including the risk of unpredictable, inaccurate, or unwanted generated output.
